This picture shows the northern half of the "Peace Accord" room at the DMZ.  This side of the room is actually within North Korea, although the guard is a ROK.  When the DPRK wishes to use the room, all the ROK guards leave and the room is then guarded by North Koreans only. Flanking the ROK guard is GMs Kimm and West.
